How Distance Healing Works and Why It’s So Effective
Many people are curious about how distance healing works. They often ask, “How can you channel healing energy to me if I’m not in the same room?” It’s a valid question and one that opens the doorway to understanding the true nature of energy, light, and consciousness.
The truth is that healing energy is not bound by time or space. Whether I am guiding you in person or from across the country or world, the same frequencies of light, sound, and intention reach you fully. Energy follows attention. When I connect with you through intention and prayer, your energy field becomes receptive, and the healing frequencies move directly to where they are needed most. The soul knows how to receive. The body, mind, and energy system all respond naturally to frequencies of coherence, light, and unconditional love.
Why Distance Healing Works
Everything in the universe is made of energy, including your thoughts, emotions, and physical body. The atoms and particles that compose your being are constantly vibrating, communicating, and exchanging information with the field of energy that surrounds you. In truth, you are not separate from that field. You are part of it, woven into the greater web of creation.
When I facilitate a distance healing session, I am tuning into your unique energetic signature through the quantum field. This field holds all information about your body, emotions, memories, and soul. It is the same field that connects us all. In this space, there is no separation between us. Just as a phone call can carry your voice across the planet instantly, energy can carry intention and healing light just as easily.
I work through vibration, frequency, and resonance. When I send healing light, tones, or light language through this quantum connection, your field responds. It naturally releases old patterns, emotional blockages, and energies that no longer serve you. It also receives new frequencies that help you remember your wholeness and sacred worth™.
Many clients describe feeling chills, warmth, tingling, lightness, or deep calm during their sessions. Some sense waves of energy moving through their body or see colors and light behind their closed eyes. Others feel emotional release, like tears flowing for no clear reason. These are all signs that energy is moving, transforming, and harmonizing your system.
Is Distance Healing Different from In-Person Sessions?
The short answer is not really. The essence and effectiveness are the same. The only difference is that we are connecting through energy rather than sharing physical space.
In an in-person session, we would be physically in the same healing space, surrounded by the sounds, crystals, and instruments that support your journey. I may use tuning forks, other sound instruments, or Light Lingo® light language while working within your biofield. In a distance session, I do the very same, except I connect with your field remotely through your energetic hologram. I still tune into your energetic body, scan your field for areas of imbalance, and guide the healing frequencies to where they are needed.
The results are often just as powerful, and in some cases even more so. Because you are in the comfort and privacy of your own space, you may find it easier to relax, surrender, and allow the energy to move deeply. There is no distraction of driving, scheduling, or being in an unfamiliar environment. Your body and spirit feel safe to receive, and you are held in your own sacred space after the healing as well.
I can tell you that I have received just as many healing sessions online as in-person. I have found the online sessions to be just as powerful. I love being in my own space with my own things to support myself. When the session ends, I can journal right away without having to drive anywhere. I can then get directly into either the shower or an Epsom salt bath to help release any stagnant energies that are still moving through. I find it very nurturing to experience the healing energies in my own home. I also have my pets close by who share in the energy. Distance healing is amazing!
Preparing for Your Distance Healing Session
One of the most beautiful aspects of distance healing is how simple it is to prepare. You create a sacred space wherever you are. You might choose your bedroom, living room, or any quiet corner where you can rest undisturbed.
Here are a few suggestions to help you prepare:
1. Set your intention. Take a few moments before the session to reflect on what you would like to release or receive. You do not need to overthink it. Simply open your heart and allow your soul to guide you to what is ready for healing.
2. Create a nurturing environment. Have a comfortable place to lie down or sit. Gather a soft pillow and blanket, tissues, water, and your journal. These small comforts remind your body that it is safe to relax and receive. Some clients also like to wear an eye mask because it allows them to go within easier. And some clients like to wear headphones for Biofield Tuning sessions as well, but an eye mask and headphones are not necessary. It’s all personal preference. You know your body best, so you choose.
3. Silence distractions. Turn off notifications, close doors, and let loved ones know you will be in a quiet space for the duration of your session and for some integration time afterwards. It’s really important to not be interrupted during your session, so please honor yourself and make arrangements to have privacy for the entire session.
4. Join the session mindfully. If your session is private, you will connect with me by Zoom video at the beginning. If it is a group session, you can log in to Zoom and mute yourself. This allows you to be part of the collective healing energy while maintaining complete privacy. I do prefer to see you on the Zoom screen if at all possible.
5. Stay open and observe. During the session, you might feel sensations in your body, see images, or drift into a meditative state. Trust that whatever happens is perfect for you.
Afterward, take time to integrate. Drink plenty of water, eat nutritious food, write down any insights, and rest if you need to. It’s always good to get out into nature, even if just stepping outside to put your feet onto the Earth. Taking an Epsom salt bath after a session is helpful with the detox as well. A shower and salt scrub can also work. The energy continues to move for several days following the session, so be gentle with yourself and honor yourself as you integrate. I recommend not going into loud or crowded spaces after a session.
The Gift of Receiving Healing in Your Own Space
There is something very sacred about receiving healing energy within your own home or sacred space. You are surrounded by familiar energy, your favorite scents, and your personal comforts. You can lie in your own bed, curl up with your favorite blanket, or rest with your beloved pet nearby.
You do not have to drive in traffic afterward or re-enter the outside world before you are ready. You can stay in your healing energy as long as you wish. Many clients love that they can immediately journal their insights, take a warm bath or shower, or rest quietly without interruption.
In a group session, even though others are participating, you still have complete privacy. No one can hear you if you cry, release sound, or express emotions. You can let the energy move through you freely without worrying about being seen or heard. The collective field amplifies the healing frequencies, while your private experience remains fully your own.
The Science of Connection
From a scientific perspective, distance healing aligns with quantum physics, which shows that all matter is interconnected through energy and consciousness. The concept of nonlocality means that particles can influence each other even when separated by vast distances. This principle supports what healers have known for centuries: energy and intention transcend space and time.
When I work with you, I access the stillness at the heart of all creation where infinite potential exists. From that space, healing energy flows without limitation. Whether you are across town or across the world, your energy system instantly receives what is transmitted.
What You May Experience After A Distance Healing Session
After a session, you might feel lighter, more peaceful, more energized, tired, or deeply rested, among many other feelings. Some people feel a renewed sense of clarity or experience emotional release. Others notice physical shifts, such as reduced tension or pain. Because each person’s energy system is unique, the effects will unfold in the way most aligned for you.
It is helpful to allow your body time to integrate. The healing frequencies continue to work long after our session ends, reorganizing your energy and guiding you toward greater balance. Journaling your experiences can be very insightful, as messages and realizations often arise in the days that follow.
