All sessions are offered online, so you can receive sound healing from wherever you feel most comfortable. You’ll be guided deeply into your own process, and the effects of the sound therapy work are as effective as in-person. Sessions are 60 minutes, but please allow up to 75 minutes for your first appointment. Hydration before your session is recommended to support your energy.

How Biofield Tuning Works in a Distance Session
Biofield Tuning uses sound and vibration from tuning forks to help bring balance to your body’s energy system. Even though we are meeting by Zoom, the work is just as effective as if you were here in person. This is because we’re working with energy, and energy is not limited by physical distance.
During a session, you’ll be sitting or lying comfortably in your own space while I work with your “hologram” on my treatment table. In practice, that means I visualize and intend your energy field as if it were physically present. Using tuning forks, I move through the areas of your field, listening for changes in the sound or feel of the forks. These changes show me where there may be stress or imbalances.
When I find one of these areas, I stay there with the tuning fork until the sound and vibration become more clear and steady. This helps your system shift and release what it’s ready to let go of, creating more balance and flow.
Most clients feel the effects in real time during the session, even though they are at a distance. People often report feeling calmer, lighter, more centered, or more relaxed afterward.
It’s a gentle process, and there’s nothing you need to “do” other than be open to receiving the work.

Biofield Tuning is safe, yet there are certain cases that call for special care. Please consult your doctor before booking if you are experiencing any of the following:

Sessions are usually 60 minutes in length, conducted via Zoom. Your very first session may take a bit longer, so plan for 75 minutes. Please drink lots of water and be well hydrated for your session.
With distance Zoom sessions, you get to receive from the comfort of your own space and will be guided to connect deeply with the process. The energy can be experienced the same as in-person.
Please choose your time zone when booking as it automatically adjusts the times available to your time zone.

We do not refund payments for sessions. Please purchase with this in mind. Rescheduling and gifting sessions are options.
All sessions require rescheduling at least 72 hours before the start of your scheduled session. You may not make changes at all within 72 hours of your scheduled session. All no shows will forfeit the amount paid.
