Soul Worth™

I’d like to write about a topic that is near to my heart. I will be sharing more on this teaching and topic - Soul Worth™. I am excited to share some work I’m doing with you all soon! In the meantime, you may be asking, what is Soul Worth™? Allow me to share another brief introduction to the teaching here:

What is Soul Worth™?

Soul Worth™ is the divine truth you were born with. It is the inherent value, dignity, and light that lives at the center of who you are, untouched by anything you have experienced. It is not something you earn, strengthen, prove, or repair. It is your true essence, the original wholeness you arrived with, the part of you that has never been harmed, diminished, or lost, even in your most difficult and traumatic experiences.

When I speak about Soul Worth™, I am referring to the unchanging essence within you that remains steady beneath every story, wound, belief, or survival pattern you have carried. It is the  knowing inside that says, “I am here for a reason. I matter. I belong. I have value and I am enough.” Soul Worth™ is not an idea or affirmation. It is a living truth running through your being, like a ray of light that never stops shining, even when life has knocked you down, dimmed that light, and taught you to forget it.

Soul Worth™ is the source of your intuition, your inner guidance, your creative power, and your ability to love and be loved. It is the part of you that remembers who you are beyond roles, expectations, or past experiences. When you feel a pull toward healing, awakening, or returning home to yourself, that is your Soul Worth™ rising to the surface, asking to be felt again.

Soul Worth™ does not grow through accomplishments, and it does not shrink through mistakes. It does not respond to praise or criticism. And does not measure itself by your productivity, your bank account, your appearance, or the approval of others. It lives far deeper than that. It is the pure, unaltered truth of your being. Soul Worth™ is.

To know your Soul Worth™ is to remember that you are not broken in your soul. You are not behind. You are not defined by what was done to you or by what you have done to survive. You are an eternal soul in a human body, carrying a divine light that existed long before your first breath. That divine light is the root of your belonging on this Earth, and beyond this Earth. It is why you are capable of healing. It is why you can access clarity, intuition, creativity, and love. It is why you can change your life at any moment you choose.

When we reconnect with our Soul Worth™, we feel that we have come home. We settle and soften into our True Self. We recognize that we have been carrying the truth inside all along. It is a remembering rather than a learning. We feel aligned and relieved in our soul.

Soul Worth™ is the foundation of every healing path, every spiritual awakening, and every genuine transformation. When you return to this truth, you stop seeking your value outside of yourself. You begin making choices from your inner wisdom rather than fear. You establish boundaries that honor your soul. You treat yourself with respect. You walk through the world with presence. And your life begins to shift because you are living from the truth of who you are, not from the wounds of who you never were.

This is Soul Worth™. The unshakable, eternal, luminous essence and value you were born with, the divine essence and value you are here to remember and embody.
